Is there a way to get free virus protection for my computer in Dubai?

I am in Dubai. I am unable to download Microsoft Security Essentials from here. It simply states that it is not available in this country for download. My McAfee expires tomorrow and they have no customer service offices here. There is a problem with my key code apparently according to what their site spit back at me. I am very frustrated. It seems that I am still in a backwater as far as technology is concerned. Is there any free virus protection I could download in the Middle East?

I am Blacklisted in Dubai and want to return back.?

Hello all. I am an indian national,lost my business in 2009 in Dubai. I could not pay my Bank loan and credit cards, as well as few cheques were bounced and I could not return back Dubai in 2009.
The Total debt amount will be around Dhs 500 K . I want to retuen back Dubai again and want to start business. and I want to repay all debt.Please advice me what is the procedures ? should I hire a Law office in Dubai or who can help me.

It’s recommended you pay your debts from outside and tell the banks to clear you from immigration and other legal department bans as H already told you. After clearing all the debts the banks will remove your name from the black listed people. Its good to hire an legal firm you can take care of the issues while you are not in the country and they will follow up all the proceeding after clarification of debts.

After all this apply for the visa while you are in your country like visit visa and if you got the visa that means you are cleared from everything but if your visa is declined that means there is something pending on the bank side.
If you are not planning to pay back the debts before you come here then forget about comming back to Dubai otherwise prepare yourself for Jail where you will stay till all the debts are not been paid.

Where do I get the initial investment from for a business?

I do not have any savings as I’m still a part time student. Cannot think of money from home coz that won’t happen so is my only option to save and start 5 or 10 years down the line? That’s just too far away and I’m only considering a mechanical related trading company to start off with. I live in Dubai, the economy has improved when compared to the fall in 2009.
